TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

To be eligible to apply for the giveaway, an applicant must:

1. Be aged 18 years or over.
2. Live within the Penrith City Council LGA.
3. Have not submitted more than one entry.
4. Not currently be employed by Penrith City Council.

• The survey submission must be received by 11:59pm on 12 October 2026.

• This is a competition of luck. 2 eligible winners will be drawn. Penrith City Council reserves the right to draw reserves in case of an invalid entry or invalid entrant.

• By entering, entrants understand that they will need to provide their information to Penrith City Council in order to claim the prize.

• Each winner will receive a prize consisting of:
  o 1 x $100 Westfield gift card, for a total prize value per winner of $100.00.
  

• 2 winners will be notified by Penrith City Council’s Community Facilities and Recreation team via email or phone by 14 October 2026. Winners will be able to collect their prize from Penrith City Council – 601 High St, Penrith NSW 2750.

• Prizes must be claimed within three (3) weeks of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.
