Road works will be undertaken on the Great Western Highway between Stanton Place and Old Bathurst Road, Emu Plains, from 7:00pm on Friday 23 February 2024 until 3:00am on Monday 26 February 2024.

This section of the Great Western Highway will be temporarily reduced to one lane of traffic along both the eastbound and westbound sides of the road to allow for works to be undertaken.

Works will be conducted throughout the evenings. This will include some high noise works, however we will endeavour to minimise disruption as much as possible by taking measures such as turning off machinery when not in use.

Traffic controllers will be in place to manage vehicular traffic throughout the scheduled works. Signage has also been installed along the Great Western Highway to advise motorists of the temporary changes. Please observe all traffic controls in place.
