A new drainage line, kerb and guttering have been installed along Factory Road as part of the shared path project.

Construction of a new retaining wall along Cross Road is also finished.

Now, we are working on:

• Relocating electrical poles.
• Installing lighting at pedestrian crossings along Spencer Street.
• Constructing a footpath along Cross Street.
• Tree planting and landscaping.

What’s still to come?

• Two raised pedestrian crossings along Factory Road, at the Bundarra Road and Loftus Street intersections.
• Completion of electrical works, line marking and landscaping.
• Additional path works along Factory Road after the relocation of electrical poles.
• Laying asphalt along the new kerb and gutter.

The Factory Road shared path project is funded by the NSW Government’s Get NSW Active Program and Council.
