The 2018-19 Operational Plan and Fees and Charges are on exhibition, along with some minor changes to the Delivery Program and Community Plan.

The Delivery Program sets out the seven Community Outcomes that Council is working towards, and the main things we will do over the four years from 2017-21 to help deliver them. We are making some minor changes to this document to respond to changes in State Government policy. Our 2018-19 Operational Plan is embedded within the Delivery Program. It sets out the activities, works program and budget for the period from 1 July 2018- 30 June 2019, and is made up of the 2018-19 actions, and the schedules at the back of the document.

The Fees and Charges document lists all the fees and charges relating to the services Council provides, including cemeteries, children’s services, applications, facility hire, animal control and so on.

We have also included a copy of our Community Plan as part of the exhibition. The Community Plan includes more information on each of the Outcomes, what they mean and why they’re important. We are proposing to make some minor changes to the Community Plan to make sure it stays consistent with the Delivery Program.
