At Penrith City Council, we’re committed to making your interactions with us as seamless and positive as possible. To help us continue to improve, we’re seeking feedback from people who live, work or own property in Penrith or have regular interactions with our organisation.

The survey is being conducted independently by The Strategy Group who will compile the results into a report with recommendations for Penrith City Council to consider. Your responses will remain confidential, and no individual results will be identified unless you choose to participate in a follow-up interview.
