New Ladbury Avenue playspace open!

17 April 2026

Penrith’s newest playspace is open for play at Ladbury Avenue Reserve!

It features:

  • swing set with basket swing, toddler swing and strap swing
  • play unit with climbing equipment and two slides
  • accessible buggy rocker
  • a ‘whizzy dizzy’
  • balance trail
  • mini bike trail with play road signs
  • play shop front
  • sensory panels

There’s a shade sail over the playspace, shaded picnic table, seating, accessible pathways and a drinking fountain to make it easier for children and families to stay and play for longer.
