Penrith City Council is conducting engagement with residents to inform the review of Council’s Statement of Recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Council has engaged WSP, in partnership with Curijo, a First Nations consultancy, to support engagement. Targeted and tailored engagement will take place with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members and stakeholders. Engagement activities include a survey, interviews and workshops.
Feedback will be analysed and used by Council in the review the Statement of Recognition.
