Planning Agreement for 771-797 Mamre Road, Kemps Creek

The VPA was executed on 20 July 2026.

Penrith City Council publicly notified a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) between Council and GPT Platform Pty Limited (the GPT QuadReal Logistics Trust).

The VPA seeks to facilitate the delivery of road works and land dedication for part of an industrial collector road. It also proposes to recognise development contribution credits for future development on the site.

The VPA is related to Development Application DA23/0067.

The notification period was from Thursday 2 April 2026 to Monday 4 May 2026.
